We had the opportunity to get our boiler redone bout a week ago. Being first time home owners we didnâ t know what to expect as we had just been told that it would be about ten grand or more. Chris came and put all our worries away letting us know that it wouldnâ t even touch that amount. He also talked us through the whole process about what items could be saved and which needed to be repaired. In the end he saved us money for which we are thankful. We also were not expecting for it to be done as quickly as it was. His whole team respectfully wore masks, during this whole uncertain time, and kept us up to date with what went on via text. At the end of the process we were extremely happy as the boiler works wonderfully and we no longer have to worry about flooding in the basement. Chris and his team did a wonderful job and if there was the possibility of leaving a higher star rating we would give it to him. In the end we highly recommend this team and will be doing so.

I knew I had found the right guy when Chris came and looked at my situation [replace A/C and furnace]. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and made my options clear. He sent me proposals that evening and it was easy to choose what I wanted do. The prices were all excellent. He was the third person to make a proposal and he was clearly the guy I wanted. He came back and looked at everything and made his materials list for the job. It was very clear how meticulous Chris is in his work just from looking at the job. He came back in a few days and did everything he could without turning off the furnace. (It was cold outside). The next day he finished the job. Chris's work was as meticulous as I expected. I am a very happy guy. If you want to replace your furnace and/or your A/C, call Chris. You will not be disappointed.

Chris installed two Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioning/heat pump systems in our home. Chris responded quickly to our request for a proposal. He came to our home in a few days, did a thorough review of our options, explained how the systems work and patiently answered all our questions. He sent us his proposal the same day and his estimate was very reasonable. He installed our system in one day even though it required him to work late into the evening due to a delay in the delivery of the equipment caused by a major traffic accident. We had Chris replace a decades-old gas furnace and electric water heater, as well as install central air conditioning. We talked to a few professionals in HVAC, and Chris seemed to have encyclopedic knowledge of it all. At a very fair price, Chris spent two days having the old stuff professionally removed, getting the new stuff (AC) wired up, and all the new equipment installed. This was a problem-free project from start to finish, and we would strongly recommend Chris to anyone with similar needs.

Chris from CMA did a great Job. He istalled 4 mini split heating and cooling units in my home. He answered my many questions and together we came up with a plan that made me happy. The indoor wall units take a little getting used to since they stick out about 8 inches from the wall and the sections that run outside of the house look like downspouts which run from the unit to the big box outside of the house. The downspout things are bigger thatn I expected and I'm hoping that painting them the color of the house will make them less obvious. All in all its a lot less invasive than running ductwork throughout the house. I have not had an opportunity to run the units since the weather turned cooler and there has been no need.

Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable. We hired him to install a mini-split heat pump unit. His bid was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the project within one week even though it's been a high demand summer for air conditioning projects. He made good suggestions. Communications with him were terrific - I often received text answers to my questions well into the evening hours, so it's obvious he takes customer service very seriously. I'll definitely go to him for future projects and won't hesitate to recommend his services.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was excellent and all services were explained. It was a heat wave and my CA died and I was able to get it installed 5 days after ordering replacement unit.
