He came first and said it would be 350 said we needed a new circuit board for the fridge also sprayed a can of cleaner on the vent below. Order the board would take 4-6 weeks. This was before thanksgiving. 4 weeks we check in not in 7 weeks check not in. Says he forgot to place order. Wait more time nothing. Then finally FEB! The wrong part came (supposedly) he also ruined our waterline! Gold is he would return 350 and keep 175 for his trouble. lol he?s a scam artist. I?ve seen multiple reviews of his scams. He has friends or family leave reviews to legitimize his business but it?s a lie. Don?t trust this man. We contacted better business bureau today and filed with a jag lawyer on base.

hired to replace hanger rods in washer. he arrived w/wife stated itâ ll cost $350. stayed 15 mins left said it was fixed , washer still not working returned next day stayed 15 said he replaced hanger rods. but didnâ t seem to have any on him or took anything out. washer was completely broken all electrical not working blamed Hawaiiâ s electric company. washer is now completely unusable and out $350. he made no attempt to rectify or give reason what & why itâ s just not usable. guys a crook!

I thought when I called him, he came right away. He took a look at the washer and let me know that needed to order the parts. He told me that it would take him 4 to 6 week to get the parts. He told me what I need to get and that it would be better if I should order it. Found the parts and called him to see when he could come. He told me that he was booked till Tuesday. I told him that I really need it to be fixed. He said that if I call him on sunday. I paid $85.for him to tell me what I needed.

Chris forgot the appointment he had set just a few days earlier, so after my wife waited at the house all morning, I called and could tell he was with his family even though he said he was at another job site. He showed up 20 minutes later and tore into the washer/dryer complaining the whole time that I had opened it. Then inexplicably started talking about how the Japanese had bombed Pearl Harbor back in the day to my wife who was born and raised in Osaka. After he finished, his quote was several hundred over his estimate over the phone. He said the drain pump was $275 (at least a 300% markup), and $200 for labor on a 45 minute job. Then he didn't put the washer all the way back together. The washer works, but I'd rather hand wash my clothes in a creek, or buy a new one altogether than ever call him again. Never again.

"Wow I know we get some customers that we just cannot make happy. I showed up when I said I would customer in gauged into a conversation on who made LG and then I think we started to get on the history of Pearl Harbor while I was taking it apart this is easy for me since I have worked on LG for 15yrs. Sorry if the customer did not appreciate my knowledge and the cost of the repair. I guess he could of YouTube the repair and did it himself. Some people are just hard to satisfy Again I am sorry if I had something to do about the conversation we had on the history of the United States. I cannot done change watch happed."

Chris was professional, respectful, and on time. We had him look at my Maytag washer and offer his professional opinion. Replacement is a better scenario for us rather than fixing an over-8-year-old washer that we've been abusing nearly every day. We had to schedule his visit for the following day because of my husbandâ s schedule, but Chris came in and had the part to fix our washer with him. It was said and done within a few hours. I hired Chris from CMA Appliance to do my repair. He was the first to call me back and made an appt. to come out the next day to see what the problem was with my freezer that was not getting cold and condensation of water started dripping inside. He diagnosed the problem as needing a new backup compressor to kick in if the frig. overheats and ordered the new part and came back a few days later to install the new part. He even help me put the new water filter into my other frig. that needed to be replaced. I'm happy with Chris who always answers my calls and will use him again. Thanks Chris!

Showed up late. Lied about how many hours it would take to clean the back of my dryer before he could repair it (yes, it was dirty. NO it was not THAT dirty). Then attempted to charge me $400 MORE than the Angi quote. Would never refer this business.

"The customer did not say in his comment that his unit had no heat because his heating element was bad due to the fact that he had poor ventilation and it was dirty, so I am sorry to say his unit is probably still down because it needs a heating element. Again, let me remind you that we are out to fix the equipment, not just say that it needs nothing at all."

Prompt reply to query and to call out. Went the extra mile, literally, to come and analyse our problem. Found the necessary part, which was off island, and made sure that it was delivered as soon as possible. He was on our doorstep to install the part as soon as he received it. Chris Woelfel repaired my burner. He replaced the burner but did not work. He took the new one and he said he will return it to the company. It is almost 2 months now and he is still saying that he has not received the replacement burners.
