Job ended up great. They could have improved on coordinating the installation. They canceled an installation, one hour before the scheduled time, and re-scheduled 2 days later. The second time, all was good.

This contractor is an expert in installing Hardie Siding and uses all the Hardie recommended products to ensure a totally warranteed job. Fast, efficient and really take care of the customer. Definitely a quality contractor who I would recommend without hesitation.

The CM Builders Team was great to work with! They were honest, fair and customer centric. They finished when the job was done right and to my (customer) satisfaction. Very happy with the work. All employees were very professional, attentive to details, receptive to my questions/ concerns and very easy to talk to. The combination of quality, price, and overall service has made this the best experience of it's kind. I would not highly recommend them.

CM Builders did a beautiful job re-siding our building. They completed the job in a timely manner though there were a few days that a crew was supposed to show up but didn't. I would work with this company again.

CM builders did a good job on this project. BUT they are terrible at communicating. The first day the job was supposed to start, they showed up 5 hours late, and weren't able to finish it in one day. The next day, they showed up 4 hours late. Then they didn't return to clean up the job on the date they had told us they were going to return to clean up -- and when I called them, they didn't return my phone call. There was also confusion on their part about when the project needed to be completed by -- despite my very clear communication that we were MANDATED to do this project by the insurance company. Good work -- horrible communication.

They performed the contracted work in an efficient and very professional manner. They where the cleanest crew I have ever seen the property was in pristine condition and all scrap was cleaned and hauled away.

Communication- 0. Clean Up- 0. Install Windows- 1 Pricing/Value- 2 Install Vinyl Siding- 3. Wishing I used another contractor- PRICELESS. There was no communication unless I called. They left nails & screws on the ground. They left sawdust & sheet rock dust from installing the windows all over the floor, bed, sink & window sills & left it for ME to clean up. There are still gaps in between the sheetrock & windows they didn't caulk. Price wasn't the lowest. I've had many big projects (5) completed at my home & have never had an experience as this. I would not recommend this company.

I was very impressed with their crew. They worked long, hard hours and were always courteous. They did an excellent job. My house looks like it is brand new. They did not consider the job complete until I had checked everything and given a thumbs up. They also did some extra touches (like hanging new outside lights) which were not required of them, but very much appreciated. I would hire them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Overall experience was excellent. The sales person was very knowlegable, and the installation staff was great!! They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up nicely!!
