It took longer than they told me. They came out and repaired a couple spots that I was not happy with.

"The project took longer to complete because it was done the end of March and into 1st week of April (cold & rain). You can't do this type of work unless it is dry and the temperature is 50 degrees and above."

"EMAIL FROM CLIENT: I don't understand...another property that had never been sealcoated and she clearly states that the parking lot looks great! However, only a 4 star and she is not the actual person we dealt with. Euva Phillips <Ephillips@arvest.com> 6/20/16 to me While Doug is out & unavailable, please feel free to reach out to me with any concerns or questions particularly about the asphalt patch and removing the cones, etc. Thanks. The parking lots too"

The overall quality of job was good, they spent a lot of time preparing the asphalt, filling cracks etc...I was hoping for better coverage on the smaller cracks. They said if they had their gator coating material with them it would've covered these areas better but didn't offer to come back an apply this material. If they had done this I would give them a higher rating.

"Using Gator patch on a job is an additional charge which was discussed with the client and he didn't want to pay any more for additional work. I don't understand people thinking sealcoating companies can make their driveways look new when it had never been sealed since it was installed and was starting to crumble (gator areas). All cracks can NOT be repaired with hot tar. I believe people need to do a little research and not give mediocre scores because they don't want to pay for the work."
