I hired Cliff to replace a lighting fixture and to replace a cooktop. He finished putting in the fixture in 10 minutes. The stovetop was more complicated and he recommended I contact an appliance person. Cliff did a great job with the light, was professional and followed up with me. $100. to install a lighting fixture is more than I wanted to spend, as he charged me the hourly rate even though it took less than 1/2 hr. I would rethink using Cliff again based on the hourly charge and only if I had enough work to keep him busy for an hour.

I needed to have an outlet installed so that I could have an over the range microwave oven installed the following morning. I notified cliff on my project around 9:00am and he said he could be at my house at 3:00pm. Sure enough, right at 3:00pm Cliff showed up and started to work. He checked everything out and did a fine job. I will definately be calling Cliff again for future jobs.

Very rapid response to request for estimate. (almost immediate) Competent, rapid completion of bathroom fan & vanity light installation, vent to soffit, rewire switches. Clean installation (minimal damage to existing sheetrock). Price was a bit high but I did not try to negotiate. Worked on Columbus Day! so job was not delayed. Recommend as a professional and I will hire him again when needed.
