C & M Electrical Contractors, Inc. from Comer, Georgia was hired in 2019 and replaced my phone wire and jack that was not working. Technician James Desmore came exactly on time that was given to me for the service call, he looked at the problem and gave me an estimate which was very good. He had to crawl into a small crawl space under the house and he drilled a new hole through the wood and got the wire between the center walls, sounds like an ordinary easy job but not in this house because of an unusual optical. It was a very hot sunny day and James got extremely hot in the small crawl space but always had a smile on his face being very courteous and professional. Most people would have taken several breaks but not James he only took one. Their customer service is out of this world, I have never received phone calls or emails back so quickly. C & M Contractors saw that another company had over charged me and I told them that it was not their fault or responsibility but they insisted on given me a little money back for the work project. Where do you get customer service like that now a days? I want to thank Cody Esco and James Densmore, for contacting me several times and so quickly. I know this was a small job for your company, but you still provided me with a lot of your time, quality and professional work. James was here on time and he and Garrett did excellent work. They quickly and professionally replaced 2 light fixtures with added dimmers and we had time to create a list for future work. They hauled away the old fixtures and packaging. Will definitely call C & M Electrical again. Exceptional work.
