I am very happy with the work Carlis did. Carlos provided me with an excellent explanation of the work to be done at a cost that I felt was reasonable. He provided me with before, during, and after photos so I could track and evaluate progress. He cleaned up after the job. Carlos was polite and professional. I will call him for future jobs and will recommend him to neighbors.

HE CALLED ME AND SAID ANGI GAVE HIM MY NUMBER.ABOUT THE JOB AND GAVE ME A BID.GAVE HIM HALF OR $550DOLLARS.HE STARTED ;BUT DIDNOT FINISH.CAME THE FOLLOWING DAY SUPPOSED HE SAID HE FINISHED.WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO A WALK THRU;BUT HE WAS IN A HURRY,HE TOLD ME THE WORK WAS COMPLETED .HE TOLD ME HE GUARANTEE HIS WORK,BUT HE DIDNOT FINISH THE WORK, ASKED TO GIVE ME BACK THE SECOND PAYMENT,UNTIL HE COMPLETE THE WHOLE PROJECT. DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS. HE DIDNOT FINISHED THE SEALING AND PAINTING AROUND THE HOUSE.I PAID HIM $200 DOLLARS EXTRA TO FINISH PAINTING 3 EXTRA SCREENS AND INSTALL THEM.PIEGON PROOF 10 SOLAR PANELS NOT COMPLETED EITHER ON THE ROOF. HE EMAILED WHAT WE AGREED SENDING YOU ATTACHMENTS. PLEASE HELP ME.

Carlos was amazing! He was able to fix a few patches of stucco that my dog ate up! While he did that he mentioned all experience he has with painting and remodeling & I hired him for a few other jobs! Great experience with Carlos & Will definitely recommend!

He did an excellent job including stucco, wood beams repair, followed all HOA guidelines, and passed all county inspections the first time, for all repairs, paint prep, installed hot water heater, triple garage door installations, and conducted a complete remodel interior interiorly in my home. His work was extremely detailed, he is a very clean worker, he leaves his workspace, spotless every single day, did all the dump runs, and everything with his vehicle and ultimately brought my appraisal price up to an unbelievable amount of money. I just had the house appraised a week ago and I cannot believe it. This house is impeccable. You cannot find one thing wrong with it interior or exterior. He did the incomplete remodels. Carlos is an excellent worker. I would recommend him highly and stand behind his work anytime any place. Dr. Teri Martinez
