Basement - Remodel
CHRIS WAS VERY NICE. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF SO I DID NOT HAVE A BIG MESS. HE USED THE BASEMENT WINDOW TO BRING THINGS THROUGH SO LIFE UPSTAIRS WAS LESS DISRUPTIVE AND MESSED UP. I THOUGHT THAT WAS INNOVATIVE. THE CLOSET SHELF WAS NOT INSTALLED SO THERE IS NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES. I CALLED CHRIS TO TELL HIM WE MISSED THIS. HE WAS GOING ON VACATION. I LEFT A MESSAGE WHEN HE GOT BACK AND TRIED A FEW OTHER TIMES WITHOUT LEAVING A MESSAGE. IF THE CLOSET WAS FINISHED I WOULD HAVE BEEN 100% SATISFIED.

"Chris did a lot of extra work for free on this job. The shelf being built was never part of the estimate. Owner was wanting this done for free also. We told owner that if we are ever near her house we would stop by and install, but we have been working in st.charles and st.louis county."
