"Thank you for the positive review Robert! It is our pleasure to provide quality service for you. We look forward to working with you in the future."
"Peter, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, your statement of not keeping promises is very general as you do not know Charles personally. Also, we put a lot of focus into your job but we did have a panel fire that occurred between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM as well as a hotel filled with 100's of people that had a power outage due to the snow. I know that this is not your problem, but we are a 24/7 emergency service company and our emergency calls require immediate attention as typically they put people's lives at risk. Additionally, Charles got very sick with bronchitis for over a week from working in the dangerous conditions of your attic and we made you aware of this. You might see these as excuses but an electrician is a human as well with a family and human needs. We wanted to keep our best crew on your job rather than put a secondary crew so that we could make sure your job was done correctly. Charles even tried to keep working during this sickness to get your job completed because you expressed no remorse. The work on your original estimate was completed in a timely fashion. Much of the work you are referring to in this review was added by you later and you refused to pay for it. Instead, you decided to threaten us with a bad review if we did not do this additional work for free. So, we did our best around the extenuating circumstances to make it back to your site and get the work done. At that point we had no interest in working for someone who would blackmail their contractor into doing work for free. Even after completing this work you went against your promise not to submit a negative review and did so anyway. The wire you mention was added as an extra service, per your request, so it could be hooked into the panel at a later point should you decide to expand. You also requested that we leave the ceiling open so that you could see it was installed. The work we completed was done according to the National Electrical Code, as is all our work. Once you brought in another electrician for the receptacle in your basement, which was also an addition, you began to spread liability. We will not work with another electrician that is outside of our entity as we have no way of knowing if he would perform the work properly. Also, we will not put our liability insurance on the line for someone when we have no knowledge of their background. For all we know, this outside electrician could change our work or intentionally mess something up to sabotage our company as a direct competitor. It is unfortunate that these circumstances occurred during your work but I assure you that this is not a typical occurrence. We are well known among our customers as delivering professional & quality services in a timely fashion. However, sometimes issues arise and things do not go as planned. We did our best to work around this and get your project completed, even the extras. But, as it goes, there's just no pleasing some people. Take care and best of luc"

"Jorge, We are sorry you feel this way. However, we performed a service for Sandra Brown on your behalf for mistakes that you made. There are multiple issues at this location and we made this service a priority because you felt she was unsafe because of the work you completed. The real question here is; are you a licensed and insured electrician? If not, why are you performing electrical work that would put others lives at risk? The residence is located in Kennett Square PA, according to HomeAdvisor's statistic, the average cost to hire an electrician in Kennett is $363.00 for labor only. We came in at $240.00, labor only, to repair an issue which we had to replace a wire and fix a switch that you had installed. There is no way that you could judge our quality of work from 1,000 miles away, and it is doubtful that you could have fixed the issue with one arm "tight" behind your back considering we were there to fix your mistake. It's unfortunate that you would take time to insult a company which helped cover your mistake and protect someone which you put at risk. Take care and please do not perform unauthorized electrical work. This can often lead to personal injury and house fires. "Each year in the United States, arcing faults are responsible for starting more than 28,000 home fires, killing and injuring hundreds of people, and causing over $700 million in property damage. ... Sixty-five percent of home fire deaths result from fires in homes with no working smoke detectors." -Electrical Safety Foundation International, 2015. https://www.homeadvisor.com/cost/electrical/hire-an-electrician/ http://www.esfi.org/resource/home-electrical-fires-184"
