Ms. James completed a home appraisal in Fairburn GA that's in Probate. I only communicated with Ms. James by phone and text message. She sounded very professional and friendly by phone and I felt good about electing her to complete the appraisal. She met my spouse at the site and started the appraisal process. I received the report and invoice by email a few days later. The report is professional and very detailed.

I hired Coleen James to do an appraisal of a house in Decatur that I will be selling. She did the appraisal when I wanted it done and was very charming and nice while she was working. She did an excellent job- the appraisal is thorough and complete, done when I needed it and emailed to me as soon as she finished it. I would most definitely call her again if needed another appraisal!
