CMM is great! Mike and Jana helped me when I needed it the most. They are very kind and their team is also very professional. We are in the middle of rainy season and my master bedroom was flooding due to roof leak. They found the source and had the job done in a very expeditious and professional manner. The guys that did the work We're extremely nice and very professional. When the guys finished for the day they always cleaned up after themselves. When I hired them to do the job I didn't really expect them to come as soon as they did. I think it was only like 3 days and they were right here doing the work. Another company that I had talked to told me they were at least four weeks out. So far so good guys. I definitely recommend them . Thanks so much.

How many ways can I say these people are the absolute best. Quick response, solutions to problems - CMM even worked with my HOA to make the process smooth. Jana and Mike knew we had a budget and worked with us to stay within our budget. They took our property that had been trashed by tenants and turned it into an asset - and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. I was actually sad when the project was finished. It may have been luck to find them - but we were the lucky ones!

Told us what the completed price would be. After job was done said forget to tell us if we used credit card it would be 3% higher. We were not pleased. In addition they ruined Hunter Douglas blinds that were on 2 former skylights. He came out and agreed they ruined the blinds. The new windows are either cracked or filthy. He was supposed to get back to me about replacing the windows and my blinds. Have not heard from him. Disappointed. Leanne K. [Consumer name withheld at their request]

"The replacement has been scheduled but the homeowner is confused. There is no tax on any of our invoices. There is a 3% fee for credit cards but she never asked to use a credit card up front so it never came up. The blinds were thin fabric, 10 years old in full sun and we do not believe anything in replacing the skylights came in contact with them. We did not say we caused any damage, just offered to replace them to make her happy. Probably won't do that now."
