This was the only contractor that would come out to my house to give me an estimate – the others tried to quote me over the phone -- disappointing to say the least. I opted to buy the toilets myself not having any knowledge of toilets Justin was very nice and answered all my questions giving me a whole lot of confidence to make my purchase. Ricky did the work – removal and replacement. So happy with the work he did – definitely the plumber I will turn to in the future. Thanks Justin and Ricky.

They worked hard tracking down the problem. Ricky had an ‘I won’t give up’ attitude. He worked until 8:30 at night to make sure everything was working properly and I would not have any more problems. They are now my preferred plumbers.

When contacting the company, I asked to be put on a call list in the event they were able to come earlier than the day I scheduled which was only 2 days from point of contact. I received a call the next day that a service person was in my area and could stop by for a free estimate. Rickey was extremely professional and courteous. He wore booties over his boots so not to track dirt into my house, he left my two bathrooms spotless and was in and out in about an hour.
