They came on time and did a wonderful job for a great price.

Although they were late for the appointment to do the cleaning and were very difficult to reach about the billing after the job, they did an excellent job of cleaning all the ductwork for a reasonable cost. I would still consider using them again.

Enjoyed the positive exchange, technicians knew their job and performed it well. The only problem I encountered was 2 of the duct work covers were not installed properly. I had to remove them and reinstall them properly.

Very professional job, showed up on time (early). George and Billy were the crew. Cleaned the ducts quickly and neatly. Price was exceptional. Happy to recommend. Job was in Apex, NC.

Made an appointment on Mon Jan 22nd @ 9:00. Company never showed up. I then followed up with a phone call and they never responded. Called two different numbers 919-400-3678 and 919-935-0902. Will do business with a company that cares

CMR was professional and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I as quite happy with the process and would highly recommend them.

Not only did they do a great job but the cost was much lower than I had anticipated.

They arrived early and worked very quickly. Even gave me advise on keeping the system clean.

Dan, Tesh and Billy were a great crew. Dan, in particular, was extremely conscientious and thorough. They have all the proper tools and equipment to do the job expertly. They are not the lowest priced duct cleaning service, but you do get what you pay for and if you want to have the job done properly, I would recommend CMR.

They were called upon at the last minute; they came when they were supposed to and got the job done in a timely and satisfactory manner. He would take the time to explain what they were doing and why as well as made suggestions for future savings.

Excellent Honest guys! They even complemented the previous HVAC guy for his work. I would recommend these pros to anyone! Side note: be sure to find out everything you need to do during the cleaning. I had to leave the house for 45 mins for mold treatment with my animals. If you have multiple like me it can be tricky. Overall they were very patient while I got them out!

I hired Ron to repair and restore moisture damage in my crawlspace. They did an excellent job. They delivered on everything they said they would, and even worked me in to his schedule to accommodate my needs. Totally worth the cost. You can't put a price on your health.

They were very responsible and the quality of work was great!

I gave them a four star rating because they were two hours late without notice. I had to text the manager to find out if anyone was still coming. However with that being said, they did great work and were super nice. It took them about 1 hour for my townhome and didn't stray from the estimated amount.

Very thorough and helpful. Would hire them again.
