They were prompt on both estimate and installation . They called back the next day to check if everything was working ok. They made a second house call in about a week, to check pressures and install a new capacitor at no charge. A real person answered the phone, without the dreaded "if you are calling about $%-@ blah-blah-blah's, then blah, blah's"
