We've hired CMS/Richard for multiple home repair and improvement jobs over the years. We first found him when we wanted to add more insulation to our attic. After that we called on him to fix leaky tubs, broken toilets, a/c repair, sheet rock work, and laying new bathroom tile. He always does a great job and works around our schedule. Friendly and affordable.

This company goes above and beyond, very well mannered on customer service. If I had questions Richard told me exactly what he was going to do and I told him what I want and he done just that. Would recommend CMS Home Service 10 out 10. The only reason I gave him a 4.5 on money is I donâ t like spending money.

They did a few projects for me. They did attic insulation and some drywall. They were very professional and clean. They were timely and priced right. I would refer them for any home repairs or remolding as well. I have used them several times.

This was terrible in every way. I stated in the notes of the project that I wanted removal of old insulation and blow in new insulation. He came in and blew in new in new insulation over top OLD insulation and did not pick up one single piece of trash. Just covered it.... then said I should pay him for the insulation and pay his kid $100. I panicked and did because I had NO idea what to do. Once he was gone I see he stepped on canned lights while he was up there and broke the Sheetrock around them. I have to hire someone else to do the job right. Pay more to remove what he put in Sink his money I paid him and his kid and patch his Sheetrock job. Attention to detail is not going to be his thing so don t count on that and bet on damages. I knew it was as I watched the hose whisk past my baby grand piano rubbing against it with no one watching out for it. But his son was out in the yard texting while I was frantically chasing that hose and protecting the household items. Don t use this guy. Maybe an outdoor project but indoors he s like a bull in a China cabinet.

"After 20 years of being in business, once in a great while you run into a client , That did not have the money to do the job that was quoted, excepted the job , job done perfectly, and then demands more work that was not quoted, and then wanted it for free, out of respect the price gets lowered by over half as asked for by the client and was extremely happy with the new price. then come to find out days later that she blames you for other problems in our house that were shown to us before the job even started and was admitted to by her to Home Advisor. And now wants more money returned. In our opinion, if you do not have the money such as this,"

Iâ ve use CMS for 20+ years as have other family members at their homes. Richardâ s crew have installed a new bathroom, painted the interior and exterior of the house, remodeled/updated the downstairs, and repaired flooring and sheetrock. I recommend CMS.

Made the changes , which included taking down one wall, adding double doors to a closet, adding a stairwell for garage access, along with creating a walk-in closet. Installing two walls in hallway to make it look as if it had always been there.

Exceeded our expectation. Richard and team arrived on time. They left our home clean. You would have not knowed they were there. They took picture ( before and after ) re hooked up two of A/C ducts and turned our attic pink. Before Richard our A/C would not cut off. Now it dose. Highly Recommend him.

WOW! What a wonderful job Richard Sulkowski did! Our insulation had turned to dirt it had been neglected so long and Richard did the job for us within 2 hours and it looks wonderful. Richard was great! Professional job with quality Owens Corning Pink insulation.Gave us pictures of all areas in attic also. Attic looks new. Very curteous, professional, and knowledgeable of his work. Couldn't ask for a better person to do the job! Highly recommended. This insulation was a real game changer for us. AC was not keeping up but now able to maintain temperature easily.On the road to savings!
