I cannot share enough good things about Martin with CM Walter Heating and Air. We recently had a routine AC check done and our AC unit was really noisy after and not functioning like it should. We called CM and he came out same day within the hour of the phone call and spent the entire day making sure our unit was fixed. CM Walter Heat and Air did a fantastic job on my older AC unit. We had another company come out first. They couldn’t get the parts in and installed for another three days and the quote seemed high so I called Martin and he came out the same day. Diagnosed the problem and had me back up in running in minutes. He also saved me a ton of money. After it was all said and done he saved me over 800 dollars! We needed some help with an electronic air cleaner we had installed by another hvac company (they claimed that the unit was working properly) Martin came by and confirmed that there was an issue. He spent time talking to the manufacturer and then helped us solve the issue in a timely and cost effective manner.
