My wife and I are now retired but have over 40 years experience as business owners. C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. represents and executes itself very well. They operate their business much like we ran ours. If there is a problem or question it is resolved or answered in a timely and professional manner. We hired C. Michael Exteriors to put on new vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and gutter guards on our home. Their bid was competitive and our house looks fantastic now. Once we paid the down payment, however, we could not get any replies to our questions. It took the company two full weeks to complete the work even though they promised us it would only take 3-4 days. It took them two weeks after they completed the work to take all of their equipment out of our back yard and they never did clean up - I had to do all of it myself and I am still finding lots of nails and metal around my house. The installers were friendly but did not speak English so we could not ask them questions or answer their questions. The company should have let us know who we could contact with our questions. I emailed the owners grandson (who signed the contract with us) several times but he never replied. As much as we love how great our house looks, it was a very frustrating month long process and I do not think I would use them again.

Working with C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. was a pleasure. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship of the crew that put on the siding. They were hard workers, put in long hours and their craftsmanship in working around tricky areas was admirable. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously and within about a week from beginning the work, they had the whole project done. Our eaves were not enclosed before, meaning that even with vinyl we had a big paint job ahead. They enclosed them and put on new gutters to match. We feel the home has much more curb appeal after the changes and have already seen that the insulated vinyl siding choice was a good one for keeping the house better insulated. We wholeheartedly would recommend C. Michael Exteriors for their trustworthiness, customer service and pleasing results. We are thinking about replacing some windows in the future, and would look here first for other exterior needs.

If you are considering new windows or siding I highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors. We had new windows put in this past fall, and we could not be happier. We can definitely tell a difference with both the temperature and the sound. TJ the installer and his team were very professional and did a great job.
