We hired them around Apr 2021 to re-side our house and replace a window. They are more expensive than everyone else, but said it was because their product and service were superior. Our project was slated to be done within three months. We heard nothing after the initial measurements. We made multiple calls asking for a status and told us it was on back order due to supply chains. Then after the third or fourth time, they admitted they never placed the order. They promised to place the order and planned for the install. Similar issues kept happening, and the siding did not get put on until Dec. They still failed to order the windows materials. They gave us a check as collateral in case the window did not get installed. Apr 2022 came and no window. I called for an update and was just hung up on. Cashed the check 5 minutes later. Do not do business with this company. It is a recipe for frustration and disappointment.

The project was done very professionally. The sales associate and the installer were both very knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. I would recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. to someone seeking this service.

Very happy with the sales, service and installation

Excellent service, gorgeous windows! I had 18 windows installed in one day and they were in and out. Everyone was super nice, as there was a large crew getting the work done. The entire process of getting new windows was very pleasant from the estimate to the end.

These guys were fantastic. It started with meeting the sales rep all the way to the install team. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite the entire time. The work was done and they cleaned up everything not a mess was leftover. I would recommend C. Michael Exteriors to anyone looking for a great company. If I ever have to do anything else to my home, the first people I'm gonna call is these guys at C. Michael Exteriors, there isn't a job I would hire anyone else to do except for them. And the financial piece if the puzzle, it couldn't have been any easier. Great job guys, hope to work with you again.

It was wonderful to have C Michael Exteriors replace our windows. The salesman, Bobby, was great to work with, very considerate. Chansey is so good at his job and makes sure everything turns out right. The windows are beautiful and all done in one day with everything cleaned up at the end. I would very highly recommend them!

We have an older home in Fayetteville, NY that was in need of upgrades. Our vinyl siding was old and fading and our windows in great need of replacement. Following our initial meeting with Mike, we were excited to transform our home with new siding and all new windows, including a bay window and sliding glass door. From our first contact with Chansey, we were assured that his level of detail and experience would have a positive result. He answered all our questions, offered experienced input in decision making and was responsive to any feedback we shared as the job progressed. The crew were professional, and worked at an amazing pace through the completion of the job. Communication was great regarding scheduling, as we were working around multiple jobs needing completion. There were no concerns that the end goal of a great job was shared by all. We would absolutely recommend C Michael Exteriors to others. Their work has absolutely transformed our house.
