C. Michael Exteriors, Inc.

Once again these two gentlemen were very professional and organized and polite I highly recommend them they did an awsome job on our new shower , we love it thanx again gentlemen u deserve a 5 star rating

The crew is very professional and take pride in their work. Had no issues with them and communicated with them daily The crew did an amazing job of cleaning up and always wanted to know if we had any questions or issues that they could address.

We have had our walk-in shower (5 foot by 5 foot with 9 foot ceiling) repaired multiple times and incurred great expense, delays, leaking, mold issues, ventilation issues, water leaking into our basement, etc. It was never done properly and we continued to have issues. It has been a homeownerâ s nightmare. We ended up hiring C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. and everyone from the receptionist, salesman, project manager and installers were professional and pleasant. We must say that from the moment that Daren K., Joey S. and Ron B. arrived at our residence to start the job, they were extremely organized, professional and pleasant. Their manners are unbelievable and they didnâ t stop for a minute. Daren even checked our walls throughout the house and removed any picture frames, etc.. that could possibly be damaged or fall prior to starting. They even declined our offer to take a lunch break their first day. The tear out of the old shower was difficult and messy, however, they had it contained. They had a system down and work extremely well together. They were extremely organized and neat. This was not our previous experience whatsoever. These three superb employees made the least amount of mess for a dirty and difficult job, left their tools in a neat corner at the end of the day and even cleaned the floor each day from the bathroom to front exterior door. We would absolutely use your company in the future as well as refer you to friends or family.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. did a quick and easy job replacing our old picture window with this new window. Pricing and financing was much better than 2 other companies we had come out to try and sell us their windows. Thanks C. Michael Exteriors

Very professional crew, Exceptional attention to detail and I am a perfectionist. Exceptional clean up and removal of debris. New windows installed thru out the house with wood surround. Communication was fantastic with daily updates. Would certainly recommend them.

Daren and Joey remodeled and renovated my 2 bathrooms in January 2023. The work was done in a neat and timely manner. Professional demeanor. I am pleased with the bathrooms.

Patrick was very thorough explaining the products to me and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very meticulous, and I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone needing window installation.

Excellent craftsmanship. My bathroom looks 1000 times better. Courteous staff.

The project came out great. From start to finish it was a breeze to work with them and the installation crew.

Employee sent was very professional and easy to work with. Was on job earlier than expected, with phone call to check if it was ok. Worked efficiently, had two bathrooms done in less than 10 days. I was never without services while construction was being done. It was an amazing experience.

Thank you for putting this wonderful window in! It's so clear and big. We love it! Makes the room look bigger!! We've had a few hot days and it has been cooler in the house with the new window! We contacted CMichael interiors on March because we noticed our bow window had a leak in the middle pane. We also noted it was cooler to sit by it in the winter and pretty warm when the sun was out. It took a while to get the window due to the delay with Covid but we were well aware of that. When there was any progress or delay they would communicate with us and also asked us a few times to be sure this is what we wanted. They installed the window in June. 5 guys total and a few hours, the window was in. They were very entertaining to watch!ð very professional and took care of all of the cleanup and removal. Would highly recommend!!

We hired them around Apr 2021 to re-side our house and replace a window. They are more expensive than everyone else, but said it was because their product and service were superior. Our project was slated to be done within three months. We heard nothing after the initial measurements. We made multiple calls asking for a status and told us it was on back order due to supply chains. Then after the third or fourth time, they admitted they never placed the order. They promised to place the order and planned for the install. Similar issues kept happening, and the siding did not get put on until Dec. They still failed to order the windows materials. They gave us a check as collateral in case the window did not get installed. Apr 2022 came and no window. I called for an update and was just hung up on. Cashed the check 5 minutes later. Do not do business with this company. It is a recipe for frustration and disappointment.

We replaced all 16 double-hung windows in the house. We replaced 3 of them that are behind obstructions such as counters and furniture with sliding windows. The sliding windows are so much easier to open and close than the double hung. They estimated a 12 week wait time, but were able to obtain and install in 8 weeks. The installers were professional and efficient. They arrived around 9 AM and were finished and cleaned up by 2:30 the same day. Were are very happy with the look and quality of the windows and the quality of the installation.

Because of a financing program available from my employer, my window project required some additional clerical efforts. The staff at C Michael was very helpful. Great windows. Not the cheapest option, but I feel they are worth the value.

They offer several options for stand up shower units including one with a lifetime, transferrable warranty. Also very helpful is the flexible financing that goes out as far as 12 years.

Did not like the salesman was too pushy and asked if I was ever married. The price was too high. Two trucks with guys. They were not very professional acting. While working were loud, joking and laughing, and discussing their private conversations. I was not impressed.

C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. From sales to service to installation we were pleased with the entire process+the windows look amazing! Great job guys! Would recommend this company+would use them again!

Great experience working with this company. The quality of the product and the workmanship were top notch. Every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Hard workers.

April 2021 We bought a house last fall and spent our first winter in it. During this time, we could clearly see and feel how uninsulated our windows were. Some original to the build of the house. I would be sitting at my desk working and see my curtains move and constantly feel the cold air on my fingers. It was a no brainer this was going to be our first major home improvement/project for our new house. We talked to two different companies and decided to go with C. Michael Exteriors for several reasons. Our salesperson Gary Langdon did a wonderful job explaining the process of how the windows were manufactured and showing us the very different factors of these windows from other companies. The multiple layers of insulating are a big factor for us. There are a several choices on colour, grides and type of style window you are looking for. We needed to replace seven windows. Two larger windows, converting one from a bay to regular, two basement, and three â normalâ room size. Each window is made to specifically to fit your needs and made here in the USA. Gary assured us the ease of the project from the skilled workers coming to put in the windows. This was a big concern of ours. We wanted to make sure everything was picked up and clean. Gary assured us the workers are very professional and will go through all the workings of the windows with us once completed. He was not wrong! We got a call saying our windows were ready and could they come that week (a few weeks earlier than estimated ). Chance and his crew showed up right on time that day and were all very professional and courteous. Each worker that came had a specific job on each window and this made the process go so fast and smooth. You can tell they have been doing this together a long time. It was flawless and like a â well-oiled machineâ . They were completed with in a few hours. Not days or a whole day, a few hours! The professionalism from Gary and all the skilled workers is definitely a reason to do business with C. Michael Exteriors. We highly recommend for any project that they can accommodate. Thank you for making our first home improvement project a successful one!

The project was done very professionally. The sales associate and the installer were both very knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. I would recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. to someone seeking this service.

We recently had our siding replaced. The workmanship and the quality of the siding that we purchased was excellent. Thanks to Adam for answering all our questions, all of his crew were nice and are hard workers. We have had many compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. We will definitely use your company again for our next home project.

We had a great experience working with C. Michael Exteriors. We enjoyed our first meeting learning about the differences in window panes, as well as glass quality. We had all the windows in our house replaced and the entire project took less than a day. The crew worked well and overall we are VERY pleased with our new windows. They even added new trim around the windows to make our home look fresh and clean. The new windows give our house the added outside touch that was needed. Also, they open and close so smoothly and are very easy to clean, which was something I was really looking forward to. Lastly, we had a few scuff marks left after the initial install that I was unable to get off myself. We called C. Michael Exteriors and they sent someone to come and take a look right away. He was very kind and removed all the marks from the window frames, and even went around to check every other window while he was here. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and absolutely recommend C. Michael Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

We recently had two windows replaced by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. The decision to have the work done was difficult for us, since I have successfully replaced most of the other windows in the house myself, and those results have been highly satisfactory. There have been no problems and lots of compliments from friends. However, the process was time consuming and not easy. Besides, we anticipated additional problems replacing these windows due to peculiarities with the location, which was one reason they were last on our replacement list. Suffice it to say we were extremely pleased with C. Michaelâ s professional installation of our new casement windows. The old windows were glued in place and were removed only with great difficulty; but the work was completed in a day. Clean up was done perfectly. There were several men in the crew, all of whom were cheerful and very respectful as they did their work. Their foreman was helpful, courteous and firmly in control. The completed installation was superb. We highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors and will use their services again should the need arise.

Had a wonderful experience with Greg who came out to explore options and provide us with a quote based on our desires and needs. He was courteous, thoughtful and down to earth. He took the time to get to know us and we greatly appreciate that. Through the work with him and negotiating we are able to come to a very reasonable price that we agreed upon. I really look forward to finishing this review after they complete their work. What they showed us looked fantastic, the speed at which they promise to get the job down is phenomenal. Every conversation we've had has been wonderful, in person or over the phone and we are thankful for that. Right now it's a highly recommend and I hope to be able to say that still if they deliver on all promises. Come back for more later, pictures, full review and all. A few long months later and the job is done! The Pandemic created quite the wait for us and that part was tough but to no fault of the company. We did get multiple letters updating us and we appreciated it as much as it saddened us. When everything finally came in, we were able to set up a date for Chancy and team to do the job and they did an absolutely beautiful job with the door. Our old door set up some unique challenges and they navigated it like pros. Chancy was great about including me along the way about any multiple choice decisions that could be made, as a homeowner I greatly appreciate that inclusion in the process while not having to watch over them. The whole team seemed to be enjoying each other and having fun, what sounded like me typical banter of co-workers and friends, while remaining respectful to my home. After the job was done, Chancy walked us through the project and asked if we wanted any changes on a few items. He also encouraged us to reach out if we had any other concerns moving forward. Thank you for helping making our home feel a little more brand new!

Very happy with the sales, service and installation
