Stellar Air truly lives up to its name as an exceptional air conditioning service. From the moment we contacted them, Art and his team demonstrated their depth of knowledge and dedication in their interactions with customers. We asked them to install a new conditioning system from the attic to a downstairs closet. It seemed like an impossible task, but Art and his dedicated installers tackled it with amazing determination. Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful, guiding us through every step and offering valuable insights. Their expertise was evident as Art meticulously planned and his team executed the relocation, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Despite the complexity of the job, they worked tirelessly to deliver results that far exceeded our expectations. The outcome was nothing short of amazing. While Art carefully listened to what my wife and I wanted to accomplish, one comment Art made stood out for us. In his caring and thoughtful interaction with us, he said, â whatever you want, weâ re here to serve you.â His continued follow-up and devoted caring attitude made those words real as we personally experienced how he lives up to his words. Art/JR is of HIGH integrity. He came out to evaluate why my AC that wasnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t working for a second opinion. The first company was saying I needed an entire system costing aprox $9000 - $11,000. When Art/JR troubleshoot my system the first company had removed a bad capacitor said ,à  à ¢à  à  à  à  they installed a new capacitor, but my system still wasnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t working and that I needed a new Coil or à  à ¢à  à  à  à  Aà  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  Frame because it was leaking refrigerant. à  à ¢à  à  à  à  Art/JR said,à  à ¢à  à  à  à  that the first technician didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t even install a new capacitor so it appeared that the system needed to be replaced. à  à ¢à  à  à  à  Art/JR installed for me the new capacitor and my system is now immediately working per design. Their are a few people still in this world that recognize when there is a wrong and makes sure the wrong is turned into a right. Very rare In business and life. Thank you for you made a bad situation into a good having recently (seven days) ago lost my wife of 24 years. There are still good people.

The technician arrived, diagnosed a thermostat problem, installed a new one and helped me to get it set up for control by my phone. Despite its being Sunday, he charged a standard service call and did not vastly upcharge the part. He arrived when he said that he would, was courteous, and left my home in good order.

They were prompt and polite. They were very informative on the service and options available. We believe they are using updated and current methods and equipment for their service calls. They maintained a clean work field and did not have to clean up after them.
