This is an outstanding company. I have worked with Jack on both residential and commercial projects over the years, and some were huge. I first met Jack when he was a sub-contractor for another outfit about 3 years before he started his company and have been using him since. Jack is very personable and friendly while remaining professional. He has outstanding communications. Jack is knowledgeable and experienced and always willing to spend the time to discuss all options and ideas with me. Always patient as I have an engineering background, and Jack always makes sure I am making the best decisions possible. I would say their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the workmanship and the customer service far outweigh the cost. There are never any hidden costs always transparent about what they are doing and why - does not charge for unnecessary items (like having to run out for a part - that is on his time not mine). I have been working with him so closely for so long now that he even knows what materials and products I like and knows my taste, but will make sure the materials are appropriate based on the property. I have already recommended Jack and will continue to hire as this is an Extraordinary Professional.
