CNC Roofing

This company was a perfect find to get my mother's roof repaired! She had put a new roof on her house less than 10 years ago and it was installed incorrectly but CNC took care of her and she is still singing their praises with every rainy day. I have already recommended them to a couple of people and when I need roof repairs/replacement they are on my call list.

Cris is great and his crew did a wonderful job replacing the new roof. Ornando, his handyman, helped me to paint and fix the interior that I am unable to do it myself. Overall, great experience with CNC.

My experienced with CNC was excellent. For me, they were the "Goldilocks" roofing contractor. Their price was not too low or too high. They had just the right mix of excellent quality at a below average price. I receive two bids that were $5,000 and $15,000 higher respectively, one for the same price, and one for $3,000 lower. The companies with higher prices did not seem to do anything special. The one for the same price would only agree to discuss the project with me over email (he denied a phone call), and the one that was $3,000 lower did not have much experience. So, I think CNC was perfect for me.

Owner was very professional, attentive, flexible, and most importantly for me trustworthy. He made me feel good about going with his company and he showed up on the first day and did not simply send his workers.

Chris was very helpful and explained what the process was. They were prompt and easy to communicate with.

Chris and his team are the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be sure to use them again for my home repairs.

The work was done timely and neatly. I am very pleased.

When I first met Cris, there is just something about him that tells me HE IS THE ROOFER FOR THE JOB. (When you meet him you will see what I mean). The crew did a professional job. Cris will take care of any of your concerns. He will go out of the way to make sure you are completely satisfied. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PROJECTS. AAAAAAAA++++++ & 10 STARS

Chris and his team were very professional. They did a wonderful job removing our old roof(s) and installing the new one. They went above and beyond to get the job done, and they completed a whole day early. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Good work and very professional

Chri and his team are very good at what they do.. they go above a beyond to get the job done right...Chris even had my house pressure washed... my house loiks like new...they did a great job...thank you.

I had several quotes to replace my roof, but Cris Cardenas got the job because of his expertise, his attitude and his great bid! He was very respectful, very knowledgeable, very prompt and had great suggestions. I too had extra plywood that had to be changed out and he didn t change his final bid price. And he even painted my chimney cap to match the house. His crew was exceptionally nice and the clean up left the yard looking better than when they arrived. The house looked beautiful when they were done. They even checked on how my 16 y.o. dog was doing with the noise. This whole experience with Cris was so superior to the usual work contract that I will use him again and am passing out his card to neighbors who are already commenting about how nice the house looks. You will do well to hire this hardworking team!!!

Great Company! I've worked with lots of contractors and Cris Cardenas was quick to respond (text and emails), provided a professional quote, worked with me on last minute changes, and was priced right. I bought a 30 year roof on a rental rehab. His team was experienced, respectful, and cleaned up their mess very well.

Excellent work!

Cris Cardenas called us and stopped by on a Sunday. When he arrived he had an aerial view of our house showing the number of squares required to replace the roof. He was able to quote us a very fair price right then, and said he could start the job on Wednesday. We had a couple of other quotes which were higher, but I think we would have gone with Chris even if he had not been the low bidder. Chris has been in the roofing business for ten years working with the same crew. These guys were very good, professional, polite, and completed the new roof in less than two day. I highly recommend CNC Roofing. Dan Katy, TX

CNC roofing is a pleasure to do business. Cris Cardenas is very experience and informative. It didn't took much time for us to decide to hire them to replace the roof. The job was done quite efficient. The results look good. Only observation is that some of the panels were nailed down using 4 nails instead of 6 as planned.

CNC Roofing made sure we were comfortable with the work that needed to be done and the pricing was reasonable compared to others who we had received quotes for in the past. The team was on time every day and they were thorough in making sure the job was completed correctly. The roof and siding/paint looks great!

I met with Crisp Cardenas who thoroughly explained the project to me, he was very personable, and had vast knowledge in the business. I almost knew right away that this was going to be the right hire for the job. When the work stayed he came on time as promised and kept to the time frame we had discussed. Roof was finished in a timely manner and I have no worries.

After having multiple storms in Houston, within the last month I sustained roof damage that caused leaks internally. I was anxious to find a roofer whom could repair or replace the roof depending upon the amount of damage. Well, after having 4 roofing "experts" come out with varying degrees of professionalism I met Chris. I knew immediately that he was the one to make my repairs. We spoke on the phone and arranged to meet by 4:00 p.m., on a Sunday no less, but he was 30 minutes early for the meet. Did I mention how much I value promptness? When I arrived home he had already made the assessments and was ready to sit down and give me a quote. It was a very painless process and I was sold. He advised me that the work would start Wednesday at 7:00a.m. and by gosh his crew was here at 6:59 a.m. with the exact product we discussed. I think Chris is going to go a long way in business as he has what so many other are missing , Integrity. Thanks for everything! Stay tuned for the review of the final results.

I had 5 Contractors bid on this job. Cris Cardenas, CNC Roofing and his Crew of 8 did a great job. Excellent price. I highly recommend CNC Roofing.

Sales person was very friendly, understood my financial goals, explained options. Gave me a very fair price and stuck to it even when the decking repairs exceeded what was allowed in the contract. It was not a lot but others would have given an add on cost which by contract they could have.

Cris Cardenas was the only contractor that arrived for the initial meeting fully prepared. We interviewed four roofing companies for our project. Three of those companies were either difficult to contact or unenthusiastic about the project. I had selected one of those companies but didn't feel totally comfortable. I had never used Home Advisors, but now, will ALWAYS use HA to source out vendors. Cris contacted the same day that I posted on H.A.! Very pleasant on the phone. Arrived for our first meeting with an aerial photo of my house. From a little online research, he had determined how much product would be required, and the aerial photograph showed the complications that were involved in our installations. There was a $5000 difference in price between the four contractors. Cris presented a bid that was the lowest in price, and highly detailed. I believe that the lowest price is not necessarily the best value, but in this case, the price, Cris's personal knowledge of the roofing industry, and the fact that the workers were his employees (not day workers picked up from a parking lot) made our decision quite easy. We used CertainTeed Landmark (Weathered Wood - HiDef) for our project. One of the other contractors tried to push us into GAF Roofing product. It became clear that this other contractor was probably receiving incentives from GAF to use their product. Cris agreed that CertainTeed was a great product, and happily agreed to our choices. We have done extensive renovations on our home, and have found that our biggest concern has been a fear that there would be a language barrier. The crew arrived, and we were happy to learn that Cris's employees reflected the pleasant demeanor, and professionalism that Cris had promised. The mark of an excellent company is not how well they handle their project, but how well they handle their problems. Our project was expected to be two days, but strong afternoon thunderstorms pushed the project into three days. The workers prepared the house for the thunderstorms and no leaks were experienced. At the end of each day, the workers made sure that their equipment was safely stored, and that the backyard was safe for our dogs to walk through. The pool was covered, and at the end of the project, the pool, the landscape and the driveway were as clean and as safe as they were at the beginning of the project. Frankly, I was nervous about this project. We had just been through an AWFUL EXPERIENCE with a pool contractor (no surprise), and I was fearful that of being taken advantage of. By the end of the project, I wanted to invite Cris and his crew out for dinner! Our house is beautiful, no one has an errant nail sticking out of their paw or foot, and none of our cars has a flat tire from a missed nail sitting on the driveway! This was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company! We will be using CNC roofing for our bathroom reno

We posted our needs for a new roof on a Sunday (2/28/2016) and within 15 minutes we received a call from Cris Cardenas / CNC Roofing, Cris came out that same day 30 minutes later. He was very professional explained everything (showed us samples of the materials he would be using as well as the colors to choose from) and even taken us to some addresses so we could see his work. He gave us an estimate that contained the entire cost of the roof. Due to illness we didn't get the roof done until April 25, Cris' price stayed the same as he assured it would. (Cris arrived with the permit posted it and stated "if we had any questions he would be glad the answer them"). His employees arrived on time with everything to do the job, they covered my flower beds placed covering around my yard and cleaned up everything (checked for nails and hauled everything away) they were done the same day. Our roof looks great it matches or house. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Cris and his employees. Top notch professionals. We highly recommend them, check them out before you call anyone else.
