C.N. Cromwell Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating, Inc.

Great work, great communication, excellent job!

I hired Working Derrick Cromwell to replace my drive, he did a great job in timely manner, very easy to work with, would recommend him. Thanks Derrick

Arrived for estimate and installation on time. Friendly. Well supervised crew. Thanks so much!

He is extremely professional! The work looks great.

Mr. Cromwell was very professional and the quality of work that was done was outstanding. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Arrived on time. Did what they said they would do (no surprise costs or delays). Did it efficiently. Finished on time and cleaned up at the end.

Did a good job for a fair price.

Derrick did a fantastic drive building and paving the driveway for our new home. We met with us on several occasions to review the design. He was flexible when we decided to alter the shape. He even added a small pad for our trash can. Very happy with his service. Would highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, my experience has been horrible w/Derrick the owner! even after I reported concern to BBB in July 2018, Derrick still has not been out to repair a very SMALL area that needed to be fixed. During one phone conversation, he called me petty and said that I was complaining about the area that needed to be fixed after the work had been done. Had complete driveway removal and new asphalt put in 7/2017 and seal coated the driveway 7/2018 - mind you, all of these services are STILL under warranty. called him on 10/16/18 after not having heard from him since July and still no reply. Poor customer service and this job cost several thousand dollars! cannot enjoy beautiful driveway due to ONE SMALL AREA that still needs to be fixed - when I sent him a picture of the blemish, he told me it was a SHADOW! REALLY? Completely unacceptable. Wish I had never hired this contractor!! won't recommend him to my neighbors as I had originally planned to do - not sure why he won't just come and fix the ONE SMALL AREA that needs attention! I didn't want to write a complaint but he won't reply or fix the issue!

Darrell is a true professional. He and his crew were on time, friendly, and did a great job on our asphalt driveway expansion. We would definitely hire him again if needed and have recommended him to friends.

Just got the quote for now

Great customer service, reliable, and very professional. I am super happy with the work done by them. My driveway looks AMAZING!! I had all the old asphalt driveway removed and comepletely redone. Derrick the owner, and Kyle were so nice and easy to work with and Derrick was always available to answer any questions, even returned when I had changed my original plan. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future.

All good. But did not come on the day it was scheduled for

They did a great job removing the gravel and installing the asphalt driveway.

The old saying "you get what you paid for" definitely applies here. Although prices below competitors, the finished product was substandard and not what was promised. Requested follow-up to fix the problems and was told cracks in asphalt not his problem. Did not reply to further messages.

OWNER WAS THERE & WORKING THE ENTIRE JOB

Completed the job on day it was scheduled.

Excellent reasonable bid; answered all questions. Excellent job; left site clean and neat.

They were prompt in setting and keeping appointments and the schedule. They removed parts of the old driveway and completed the project in the morning with no mess or damage. A pleasure.

We are very pleased with the work done by this company. The cost was reasonable. The crew was prompt with starting and finishing the work, and our driveway, which badly needed asphalt resurfacing, looks great. Derrick, who heads up the work, was very nice to work with. We are so glad we chose this company and highly recommend them to others in the market for asphalt paving.

good family workers and very good job and good suggestions

Be there when the work is being done.

The project was to remove the existing asphalt driveway and install a new double wide one. The new driveway looks great. The contractor was professional and easy to work with. Be sure to check local ordinances and get permits if necessary. Also ask if there are additional costs for getting the permits.

contractor was courteous, punctual and professional. I have recommended to neighbiors
