They were on time, professional and repaired my water heater right away. I was very pleased with the service.

WARNING, WARNING!!!!! Bad business and have the same story as many other reviews from the American Home warranty company claims. CNJ was the assigned contractor for my recirculating water pump replacement. CNJ came out and confirmed it needed replacement under my home warranty plan. I have a water softener located in front of my water recirculating pump. There are 2 quick release fittings and 2 shut off valves that took me a total of 3 minutes to disconnect the first time I had to move them about 1 foot to the side to access my water heater. The second time, I did it and it took me under 2 minutes to disconnect and another 2 minutes to reconnect and that is including sliding the water softener 1 foot over to gain better access to the pump and heater. I was told by my warranty company that the repair was covered but had $2,524 worth of additional work that was not covered to gain access to my water pump. I have made 5-6 calls to American Home warranty to discuss the bogus charges and have yet to get a call back from them as well. CNJ then marked the job as a completed repair to the Home Warranty Company so I wound up paying $800 out of pocket to a reputable plumbing company to replace my recirculating pump for what was actually a covered repair until CNJ screwed that up. Also, there was no upcharge for the 2 minutes it took the plumber to disconnect and move the water softener over 1 foot.

CNJ services arrived at our house, Friday October 2nd, 2020 to replace a leaking water heater. We have a home warranty with American Home Shield (AHS), and they contacted CNJ to complete the work. I was informed prior to the install, that CNJ would required $505, prior to the service being performed. Our house was currently vacant, and I gave them the garage code to enter, and replace the water heater. Two days later, my husband went to the house to check on their work using the same key pad to enter the garage. Gas was spewing out, and my husband got in his car to get to a safe place to call 911. Long story short, my husband is lucky to be alive. Firetrucks, Sheriff Department, Havoc unit, SW Gas all arrived within minutes to clear the area. The fire department suggested that if my husband had waited another day or two, the house would have blown when the garage door was activated. Add insult to injury, I called CNJ immediately, and told them what was going on. They offered to come back and install properly when someone was available. I told them they had FAILED at the installation, and I wanted the $505 back that I had to pay in advance. She said she would have the owner call me. I have called back two more times, but owner was not available, but promised I would hear back soon. I have disputed the charge on my credit card, and will file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. I also plan to contact AHS, to get CNJ removed as an approved vendor.

I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life as a consumer. I swore I would NEVER write a bad review on a company but this business and specifically a manager named Costa lied to me, repeatedly, with regards to them ducking costs with a water heater replacement and my home warranty. They could fit the heater into space but doing so would be out of code so instead of labeling it as such they deemed it access so the cost fell on me and not a home warranty. I then followed up with Djeordje, the owner, and I could immediately tell why Costa was so rude. When I let him know that I would be taking my complaint to social media he responded verbatim with, Good, I will relish in responding to you, with pictures. He will have some argument, with pictures but they are contradicted by his own tech (the only person who visited my house in person from his company) AND Parker and Sons who just spent 2 hours at my house giving me tons of information, answers and are set up to complete this project tomorrow. I guess a 2.5-star review is earned and anyone would be very warned to use this company versus many more reputable options in Phoenix.

They were hired to fix an underground leak. They quoted $3,650, re-routed a section of plumbing and claimed that the leak was fixed. They were shown that the leak had not completely stopped and the water meter showed about 0.33 gallons per minute water leaking through the property, they blamed it on the irrigation system in the yard. When I approached them multiple times, they finally accepted that the leak was there in the property, but they asked for an additional $3,450 to fix it because according to them, it was a new issue.

Vince was right on time. Very fast to diagnose my problem & replaced Disposal Completed job less than 30 minutes GREAT SERVICE to start the New year with Thank you

They showed up early, after calling to tell me they were on the way. He needed to replace one feed line into the hot water heater that was corroded, but he replaced all three so the flex pipe colors matched at no extra cost. Great customer service.

Professional,courteous, explained the steps involved in taking a video of the sewer and what to expect. While he was getting ready to video the sewer, I mentioned that there was a supply side hot water leak in the slab.The plumber asked me several questions such as: "Are there hot areas on the floor?", "Does the water heater run often?" and "Does the meter move?". He even ran a heat detection test before he did the video in the sewer. That is a professional who cares about the customer.

Kept me informed of my parts delivery date and were prompt and professional.
