Cory and his partner were super nice and they did a great job but I have to be honest, I think they way overcharged me to replace four steps and a rail. My fault for accepting their bid but I was in a hurry to get the job done and they knew it. I'm sorry for the lower overall rating but that was a lot of money!

I discovered a leak from around our kitchen window and water was dripping in behind the frame. It was a snowy Friday around 4PM. I expected weâ d have to wait until Monday for a contractor to evaluate and repair the gutter/roof. I used Home Advisor to locate a company. Corey from CNL Construction contacted me immediately and said heâ d get someone out to our home on Friday because water can do a lot of damage. He showed up, found the problem which was ice buildup around a pipe under the roof. He removed the ice, filled the void and was done by 6:30 PM. I would highly recommend CNL Construction. The price we paid was more than fair and our leak has been fixed! Thank you for the great job!
