TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! Hired Steve Vlado (owner of CNR Construction & Masonry LLC) for waterproofing repairs in January 2023 (with a 4-year warranty). Paid full price after he claimed work was done. It wasn?t, and the leak continued shortly within 2 months after Steve?s claim of ?completed? work. Informed Steve of the persisting problems, he came back to the house and claimed to have worked on the problems but he didn't fix anything. Went back and forth with him throughout the entire year of 2023, and although he made initial visits after each call or text, he failed to deliver. None of the problems were resolved. He installed a non-functional french drain in the basement without drainage piping. Requests for photo documentation of progress were ignored, and communications were sporadic and unproductive. Be aware of Steve and his brother. They are extremely unprofessional. We agreed on a paver and small stucco job for my backyard. After doing just a little bit of work, they told me that they can not do the paver work as the agreed upon price is low. They ran away with my deposit money. They did some demo work and left all the debris as well. What ever work they did, it is of inferior quality. The stucco is already cracking and I can hear the hollow sound when you knock on it meaning it did not even adhere to the existing masonry block wall. The stair tread they installed is not leveled appropriately and water stays on the steps. Steve is very deceptive. He brags about his work and experience and kept saying to me that I am in good hands and I just need to trust him. I even asked them to at least finish the stucco/ steps work to commensurate with the deposit money but they did not. I am definitely reporting them.

They are friendly, offer great warranty's, and very reliable.
