I hired CNR to take care of a leak after Tropical Storm and paint the ceiling from the water damage caused by the leak. So far, the ceiling is no longer leaking (although there has not been in rain recently), however, the paint job completed in my kitchen ceiling was horrible. In addition, paint stains were left all over my kitchen table, countertops, and floor from the paint job. They offered to provide me with their cleaning service, however, when I accepted this offer, the cleaning service never showed, and the owner acknowledged he forgot to tell them. In addition, when I called and shared with them how bad the paint job was looking (streaky and cracking in the area of the repair), they said they would come back out to take a look at it and provided me with an approximate time when they would arrive, however, they never showed up or called, and I have not heard anything further from them. I am now having to hire another contractor to redo the work and hopefully do a far better job. I was incredibly disappointed with their work and their lack of concern about trying to fix it or issue me at least a partial refund.

They were very professional and listening skills were great. Worked very hard - did a great job! I had them clean a garage - it had 8 years, and three individuals stuff in there - they trimmed a pecan tree for me too! Super job.

The job was done with no complaints. Great work!!!

Painters did a great job on the obvious areas of the interior of my house, but didn't bother to paint places like behind the refridgerator. Also used the wrong kind of paint for my doors so they look terrible. Cleaning service did a terrible job and I had to pay a different cleaning service to actually finish the job. Called them back first to get them to return and finish but after I expressed my displeasure with their work quality they never returned and stopped answering my phone calls.
