Water Heater - Install or Replace
Installed a Noritz gas tankless 180,000 btu model. After installation, I noticed that my heating (steam boiler 75,000 btu) was going out when the hot water was on. Apparently my gas meter has a capacity of only 200,000 btus.CNS did not mention the fact that I would need to upgrade my gas meter to install this water heater. After another plumber has informed me of this fact, I called CNS to see what they can do to help me. All I got is "we'll have someone give you a call back to talk about the options." Never got a call from anyone. I called back again and got the same response. Not only that, but when they ran new copper piping for the new location of the heater, they did not remove the old connections and ended up adding an extra 3-4 feet of pipe just to minimize their work load. Completely incompetent.

"This installation took place in 2009. We have not heard from you since the completion of the installation. No phone calls were received. Perhaps you called another company in error? We would have to go back into archived files to look this up, but I'm sure all was done properly and you were advised as to the plumbing work necessary, if any. Please feel free to call and discuss with the installations manager. All phone calls to this office are always returned. Thank you."

Do not see any improvement over the old system I replaced. Superficial, cutting costs where ever they can. If you care about things to be done properly this is not the company for you.

I leave reviews in those rare cases when I am extremely satisfied with the services provided. Yes, I'm a picky and demanding customer, for I expect the best for my money, ergo, CNS comes highly recommended. They are professional, informative, quick in reply, honest, giving me an estimate for the work that needed to be done without additional costs, as many add later on. My Grandparents required the new cooling system installed in their home. Summer in full blast and we decided on a Fujitsu Ductless system. I will defo use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Worst experience ive ever had with a repair company. Had to sue CNS in court for failing to make good on their warranty. Had problems suing them because i could not find their legal business address. After they lost in court they refused to pay and i had to go to the sherif's department to collect. Terrible experience - would not recomend.

"Our address is on the top of our invoices, on the envelopes they are sent in and on the bottom of every email correspondence we had with Ken K. , in addition to the internet, etc. Unfortunately we were unable to please or work with Ken. The small claims mediator had us refund a portion of his payment in an effort to be fair. CNS is fine with that determination. I chose to refund Ken K. through the sheriff's office as a result of his harassing phone calls and emails. He was asked to stop contacting this office. We wish Ken K. the best and as it's been 2 years and he has his refund, we hope he can move on with another company."

Charlie and Jamie are knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and just a pleasure to work with! The job was done quickly and efficiently and on-time as promised, even though their distributor was late delivering the boiler on installation day (the truck showed up at 3pm instead of 10am)! I could not be happier with the service provided by CNS!!

CNS solved my problem quickly and saved me hundreds of dollars. The serviceman gave me the option of having him re-wire instead of replacing my main electrical panel; by having him do this, I saved roughly $600 and my central A/C unit is working fine now.
