They came to our house the same day we called them, and within the time slot they quoted. John, the serviceman, was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick in repairing our oven. This is the third time we have used CNS and they did a great job every time. Highly recommend.

They told me my dryer would be too expensive to repair after five minutes. I bought another dryer and when installed it did not work! The deliver said the power outlet was not working and I called an electrician who said my power was off due to my generator triggering it off. There was nothing wrong with my original dryer! I spent money for a new dryer and electrician due to CNS not checking that the outlet had no power! When I told them they said it had power when they were there and everyone else was wrong. I refused to pay their service fee and they threatened to report me with collections.

"Checking power is one of the first things our techs do on any unit that will not power on. This is especially true of dryers as they are 220 and many times one or both of the breakers may be tripped. You stated you had multiple companies come out and there is no guarantee that they did not trip the breaker during installation. Refusal to pay any bill can result in collections. You agreed to our charges when you schedule your appointment. It is our policy to collect money at the time of service but your technician had faith that you would pay your bill. The other reviews on this website and many others rave about how knowledgeable your technician is and therefore it is hard to assume that she would not perform the most basic diagnostic test that is performed almost first every single time on a complaint of no power."
