Chris was my service tech ,He was on time knew what he was doing and showed me what I can do to try and eliminate my problem in the future . Also was a great price . Even on a sunday . I have already gave his info to a few friends and i will use him again in the future .

I wish I could give a higher rating for this company. I signed onto Service Magic in a panic. My widowed mother was having trouble with her heater and someone she had called out was trying to take advantage of her. I put her project on Service Magic at 10:00 last night. Nicole called me within 5 minutes of posting and put a call in to the owner of the company. They made sure there was no danger to my mom's situation and said they would come out today to take care of it. They showed up when they said they would and took care of the problem for the price they quoted. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my heating needs.

Chris is very professional and courteous. He came in to take a look at the problem (radiators), gave me a breakdown of the cost and offered to take care of it right then and there. I was fine with the price so I agreed to have him work on the issue. He was very clean and quick! I mentioned that I am about to put my house on the market and he took a look at my furnace and said he could clean it for me for a small amount more. I really appreciated him taking the time to take an extra step and handle another job while he was already at my house. I highly recommend Chris and CNT Heating & A/C.
