"Our company finds this rating very surprising as we made sure to pay attention to detail in all of the projects we painted, including the extras that were added on after the job begun. Some of which the customer was not even charged extra for the add-ons. This was an excellent learning experience on how to engage our customers on being more vocal if there are areas they feel are not correct, instead of just waiting to post it to a review. Had our company known we were not providing a 5 Star performance, we would have made the corrective adjustments."
