He was very prompt to come and help with the pool however our pool heater is not working and i have reached out a couple of times but I have not heard back from him.

They strung us along for a year. We paid them thousands of dollars upfront and a year later have a huge hole in the ground and a bunch of emailed and texted excuses.

Noah and team did a great job with my above ground pool insulation. They were engaged with us the customer, making sure everything is good with their install. They took the time to explain the sand filter system with my wife and I. I am very please with their service and would recommend them to anyone that is interested in a pool.

Our job is not completed waiting for weather to break. All preparations are complete and were done easily and VERY professionally by Noah! We were made aware of all possible issues and all details of the pool liner replacement! Made contact with a few companies but Dream Maker Pools stood out above other companies.?

Unbelievable experience with the Dream Maker team. From start to finish, they helped ensure the whole process was done right. Throughout the patio project, they always communicated, were very respectful, and did not try to take advantage of us, even though we made many changes/modifications along the way. Great company would highly recommend them for your next project. Also, worth noting, they stayed true to the budget and build they promised! Our family is very pleased with the patio and can?t wait to use it when the weather warms!

We had a very good experience with Dream Maker Pools. They performed a free estimate for replacing the pool that came with a house we had recently bought that we had discovered was damaged beyond repair. They gave us various options and we did not feel pressured to go in a particular direction. They explained the process very clearly and were very transparent. Rather than just getting the job done, we felt like they were on our side in terms of getting the best quality work that they could give us when unexpected hiccups arose.
