Have been waiting since the summer for someone to come out and start the job. Only thing that has been done was a tarp was applied before the first hurricane. Which was also blown off during the first hurricane. Cant get anyone on the phone to get any answers until you give them a one star. Then they will call you and threaten to not do the job if you dont remove or adjust your review. Communication is key. I would understand after the hurricanes that jobs will be pushed back but this began months before the hurricane so no excuse. If you want a company that communicates and gets the job done then this is not the company for you.

Payton, Ted and Mel are wonder to work with. Payton knowledge on roofing was very impressive, and helpful with our decision making process. Ted was very helpful throughout the process with helping us with our mortgage company and walking us through each step. When it came to the install, Mel reached out to us in a group message with both Payton and Ted and herself, explaining the next step and keeping us up-to-date on scheduling drop off for the pallets of shingles etc. and installs. I would recommend these guys due to these three people; because they made the experience simple fast and stress-free not to mention the quality of work and the constant supervision and the installers pride in their work .
