Great job.

I had some loose tiles on my roof after pressure washing and recent storms. I had them inspect and was quoted $725 to place adhesive on the ridgeline tiles and any other areas on the roof, being told it would take around an hour. After multiple calls to try and schedule, 2 guys showed up late for my appointment and spent barely 20 minutes on the job before requesting payment. I was shocked they could be done that quickly and requested a receipt, which I was told they do not provide. I was uncomfortable with this situation and called the office to request the owner follow up with me. When I spoke with him, he said the guys were there for over an hour, he was on the phone with them the whole time and he had tons of photos of the job. Knowing all of this was a lie, I now felt confident the work was not completed properly. I informed him I was stoping payment on the check until he could send me the photos for proof of service. He wanted to walk the roof the next day while I was not home, which I obviously now felt uncomfortable with. He immediately went to threatening a lien on my home. I again said I would pay when I had the photos and proof of service (I have no signed quote, contract, invoice or receipt) His wife called me the next day threatening felonies and placing a lien on my home. I continued to just ask for the photos and invoice. I received non-legal intent to lien sent to my facebook, e-mail and a non-certified letter to my home. She tried to cash the check anyhow the next day, which of course had a stop payment that they were aware of. When it got declined she again sent threats of filing a report with the police department. Then finally by facebook and e-mail sent a very limited invoice with no detail of work, no signature, no due date. They had also admitted in the BBB response that there were no photos taken. I responded that I had stopped payment on check as dispute of services, which is my right, until proof of services were provided. It was not a bad check and it clearly states a stop payment/dispute. The face the she tried to cash it and incurred a fee was her fault as she was told up front. I sent a payment and requested she please not contact me on facebook any longer. They do not deserve payment, but I do not need daily threats from a dishonest company. I would definitely not recommend this company.

The staff was very courteous. They cleaned up everything after they were done. All in all I was extremely satisfied.

I received an estimate from the owner, Frank. He made it sound like it was going to be a big task and gave me an estimate of $925.00. His price was competitive and availability was good. 2 days so I accepted his offer. When the guys came out, they were done in about 30 - 45 minutes. I asked the guy why the owner talked like it was going to be a big job and they completed in such a short time. He was more interested in touting his credentials to me. Then he wanted to do the other side for the same price. Why would I want to give them another $925.00 for a 30 - 45 minute job?

The five people that came back today were courteous and polite and presentable. They cleaned up everything and it is spotless.

Terrible experience with Kuzak! Roofing leaked right away. New facia was installed to high causing a cupping effect on the edge of the roof. They came back three times never fixed it stuffed shingles under the edge instead of fixing the problem. Now two years later the ridge vent has leaked. Also two other leaks. Every time they came to fix it they just made it worse. Horrible company! They did not even have put the permit for my roof, I had to put a permit so I could pass the inspection.

I was very satisfied with both the installers and the quality of this installation. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I called them in 5 times before anyone ever showed up, 2 weeks later. Their communication was awful. It almost lost us the sale of our home. If they had just been honest...

I hired this Kuzak to fix a leak in my tile roof. They were great to give me a quote, prompt and courteous. Then, the first guy came out to repair my roof. I still had a leak a couple days later. I called back and the same guy came out. Only when he showed up he seemed disoriented and sloppy. He fell off the ladder into my bushes! I called the company and they sent out a different guy. A few days after that my roof is STILL leaking! They sent the second guy out again but didn t put the tile back. I waited over a week and never heard back so I called. Apparently that second guy had been fired and no one cared from the company to call me and follow up. So I cal and tell the company I need it fixed today. Both owners, Frank and his wife Melissa yelled at me on the phone. Stay far away from this company. Customer service is fine until you have a problem and they never follow through and then yell at the customer for rightfully being upset with them. Awful experience!
