Welcome! With over 20 years of water feature experience, CTL specializes in Ecosystem Pond builds. These are self sustaining water features for nurturing your favorite koi and turtles, or to simply provide that soothing white noise of calming running water found only in nature. CTL is a C-27 (landscape) and C-53 (pool) licensed, and a current applicant for certification as an official Aquascape contractor, using only their high end supplies in the construction of all water. We are looking for strictly ecosystem ponds to continue to build our portfolio at this time and we are offering a 15% discount on all ponds that meet our application criteria. We look forward to building your dreams.
