I am a real estate agent and I only helped my buyers to find contractors. Job was done on time but not the highest quality of concrete finish.

I hired CO Hard Surface to repair some steps. At the time I asked them how long the repair would last because if it was only a year, I would just patch it for much less money. They could not offer a guarantee, but they assured me much longer than a year. A week after the work was done, I had some small cracking beginning again. I emailed the company pictures and was told it was normal. Less than two years later the stairs are the same as they were at the time of repair. I contacted another professional, who said the quick deterioration was most likely due to inappropriate sealing at the time of repair. I have contacted this company multiple times to see if they are willing to work with me on a solution, and they are unresponsive. This repair was costly, and it seems they will not take any responsibility for their work at all.

We were in a bind to get the concrete floors finished relatively quickly. While the project took longer than expected, part of the delay was on our side. They did a fine job with most of the project, but in the earlier phases did not get into the edges & corners as well as I hoped.

Timely work. Finished product looked good.

Had it not been for the delay by a supplier the work would have gone smoothly and quickly. Very happy with the result.

My driveway has never looked better. I was literally blown away by the quality and timely manner in which this company did my resurfacing job. It took days, instead of weeks with replacement, and it looks brand new. I recommend anyone thinking of a driveway replacement to contact CO Hard Surfaces to see if resurfacing is an option. CO Hard Surfaces Aurora, CO 80014 -After researching Home Advisor, we contacted CO Hard Surfaces to stain our rear deck, sidewalk, and front porch. They were a local business and run by a husband and wife. Everything went very smoothly and we were looking forward to have the work done in mid-August 2016. -The workers arrived on the specified date but had to leave because they did not have the basic supplies to start. Upon returning, they started but something was not right. -There appeared to be no pride in the job, which was evidenced by overspray on the house, runs in the stain and an attitude by the lead worker when my wife questioned him. -We contacted the owner who came over to get everyone on the same page. Things were looking up until the owner of CO Hard Surfaces informed the lead man that they still had the front porch to do. The lead worker had a temper tantrum and became disrespectful to his boss. That is when things really took a turn for the worse. -After the boss left, they started doing the front porch. However, we were still seeing overspray on the house and runs in the stain. Added to this were areas that they missed, drip blobs, graffiti like streaking and partial absence of one of the colors. (They said they ran out but in reality had over 1/3 of a bottle left) The front porch looked terrible. We were shocked that such disrespect to personal property had occurred. - The owner of the company came over and tried to fix some of the problems but ran out of day light and never returned. -To insure that CO Hard Surfaces would return to fix the problems we withheld a part of the payment. - Upon contacting them a few months later, they informed us that the money we withheld made us even. They were not coming back. We checked and the money withheld would not come close to repairing the problems by another company -What started out as staying local with a small company that was listed with Home Advisor ended very negatively. - We would not recommend CO Hard Surfaces. And we do not feel that Home Advisor should promote their business.

The Company started on a Monday but my slide where not wide enough to get their equip in my basement. So theyhad to go find one, that took a day. We had 4th of July to deal with so they started and stopped and started again. I had a lid broken to my firepit. I liked the work. But, the mess left on my walls and the lid left a sour taste. I contacted the company to tell them I was dissatisfied with this. I had already sent my payment so there was really nothing I could do. The owner wife talked to me and said she would come out to look but that did not happen. I liked the owner and the tech that seemed to do the work, both were very pleasant.

Quote process was quick and painless. Their online scheduling/quote/invoicing tool is pretty handy. Showed up promptly and cleaned up well. It did take some time to get on their schedule but that expectation was communicated up front, so we were prepared. The pricing was competitive. We will likely hire again!

Outstanding!!! We hired this company to finish an interior floor in our house and the results were fantastic. We showed them a photo of what we wanted and they matched it very closely. Every single concerned we voiced was matched with kind service and attended to. We would fully recommend this company and plan to use them to resurface our driveway as well.

We hired this company for two projects. One was to cover our old cement driveway, walkways, and patio. This job was as we expected and at this time we are happy with it. The second project was an inside room on the basement level, but is visible from the living area as we have a 1970's style tri level home. We are very dissatisfied with the result. They pulled up the old carpet and found a half painted cement floor. The next step, I was told, was to sand off the paint. I asked if Chad and Travis could enclose the room to keep the dust to a minimum and was assured that they would. There was one piece of plastic taped up but as one of them was always going in and out it wasn't sealed back and there is cement dust all through the house. The coloring was applied and then the sealant. The color was erratic and looked like a couple of children did it. There were swathes of color and patches of spots. I was told it was because of our concrete being porous. There are still spots of paint left as well. There is yellow stuff splashed on the walls and closet door. We are now planning to hire someone to cover our floor in something else. My husband always says you get what you pay for. They were cheap.
