COIT Cleaning and Restoration

After 2 years of going back and forth, this is the finished product. They showed up late, if at all, had different people come each time, spilled spackle and paint on my furniture, put my pets in danger by leaving plastics everywhere and not showing back up for days at a time. I can go on and on and on but these few pics speak for themselves. Just overall disgusting workmanship. Faking like contractors but really have no clue. Maybe they should stick to cleaning carpet.

The two men that came to the home did a fantastic job! I would give them five stars or not for the person back at the office. When I called I was given a price them when I was handed the invoice, there was a $14.95 charge labeled service charge. I was not made aware of this when I booked the job. When I try to get a hold of the office, I was unable to. The gentleman here contacted the office and although I wanted to speak to him, the person in the office did not get on the phone with me. He ultimately removed the charge but I felt he couldâ ve spoken with me instead of me having to argue my case that I shouldâ ve been made aware of a service charge ahead of time. I will use the company again and I am now aware that they charge a service charge.

Had a 2 rooms, an area rug, stairway, hallway, sofa and loveseat cleaned. Price was AMAZING, customer service with Jane was pleasant and professional, and the team of Brian and Chris was the total package! Brian worked his a$$ off especially the stairway because it had to be done by hand. My carpets look brand new!

They were great! I will be using them again for sure. Thank you for the great, quick work. Really appreciate it.

This company did a very good job, These guys were prompt and polite. They used mask, gloves and foot booties the entire time in my home. I will have no problem referring them to my friends.

Did an OK job.

The worker was on time, but unfortunately he did not rinse the carpets well enough and it left a horrible stench in my house. I had to rent a machine to finish the job and thankfully so cause the carpets were still really dirty.

If you have allergies, wouldn't recommend the scotch guard stain resistant spray. It has a minty smell, & I ended up in the allergist's office with a sinus inflamation. Orherwise, the rug cleaning & personable reps Dwain & Sam were great.

2 days to dry. Carpet worse after cleaning. Called complaint in twice and sent email. No response from a company that guarantees 100 % satisfaction. Do not use.

They should hire more experience workers who are dependable and do not lie. Stay off the phone and get the job done

I would have given them a 5 rating if they moved the furniture in the rooms and cleaned the carpet in that area.

Took 24 plus hrs to dry. Never again

Carpets cleaned and grout cleaned. Had to repair some grout and cover some stains that wouldn’t come out. Nice people.
