COLD PRO REFRIGERATION LLC

Cold Pro Refrigeration was great! Our restaurant's ice machine and a refrigerated prep table were both having some issues. We needed someone who could come out quickly, actually fix the problem, and for a reasonable price (other companies we contacted couldn't seem to do this). We contacted Daniel and he came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix both units within a couple of hours for an affordable price. We will defiinitely be using him again!

I have 6 Traulsen G Series refrigerators and 2 Traulsen freezers. I had 2 fridges and 1 freezer go dozen at virtually the same time. I reached out to Danny at Cold Pro Refrigeration and he asked me a few questions to do a preliminary troubleshooting so that he’d have a better understanding of what he was dealing with. I called him at 8 am and lucky for us he was at our door by 10:30. Each of the fridges and freezer had separate issues causing their respective failures. One needed a new compressor, one needed refrigerant, and the last just needed to be cleaned. Luckily he sources parts very near our operation so he was able to get it all fixed within a few hours. We had him come back the next day to some preventative maintenance and service the rest of our fridges and freezer. Danny was super knowledgeable and was able to give us some tips to help prevent future malfunctions. Hopefully I don’t have to see him very often, but going forward I know who to call when I need help.
