JD was very friendly, but his work is beyond unprofessional. The wall and ceiling joints of my drywall are bumpy to say the least; some spots still have a glob of mud. The walls are not smooth; the mud has ridges and there is a clear demarcation where mud ends and drywall begins. There are places that were not taped, as well. Lastly, he left a half inch of drywall dust on the floor with balled up drywall tape, sandpaper, and large globs of drywall mud in and under the dust. I just moved to the area and used to find professionals. I will not make the same mistake twice. I had to hire the guy I have used before from Waynesboro, PA to fix this shotty, unprofessional work! Do not hire this man for drywall; you will be disappointed.

"Upon completing the job Mr. Pierre cleared the work and the project was paid for, because I asked me to "check me out"; which is usually what happens when a customer is happy with the results: they pay, shake hands, and say goodbye. Customers do not pay by grace, they pay when they are satisfied, as you showed to be that day. Two weeks after the project is completed Mrs. Pepper contacted me upon their return from vacation with a surprisingly negative attitude towards me and my work. She sounded as if she had not seen the work before and was surprised about things that I am still unsure of. After messaging back and forth it was clear that the intentions where to receive a refund, which Home Advisor is not responsible for, in any way. The contracts are done between the customer and the contractor. I am sorry that the job came to be unsatisfactory for them after 2 weeks, but I am grateful for their consideration in the first place."

JD went out of his way to do what I asked him to. My buildings look wonderful, very clean. He was very professional, courteout and friendly. I would hire him again when needed. I originally gave a 5 star rating and since then I found my garage siding needs redone but I cannot contact him. I have called numerous times and have been unable to reach him.
