This could turn into a really long review but I?ll keep it simple. We had new seeded lawn and sprinkler system installed. We were left with a very weedy, patchy, lumpy, rock filled lawn. We think there was not appropriate ground prep. Then less than 2 months after using sprinkler system, the filter sprung a leak. Owner stated it would be $300 to fix because he installed system before city irrigation water was turned on in the spring. That was his choice to do, we were willing to wait. We are using an irrigation supply company to fix filter & hired another landscaper to fix the lawn. Columbia gets good reviews for hardscaping but we should have known better when they didn?t list lawns as something they did or have any reviews of lawns. I picked 3 others to do an estimate. I did not pick Columbia, they called me. I wish Angi did not pass around our information to businesses we did not explicitly choose. There was a lot of communication about our dissatisfaction & opportunities for Columbia to resolve this before I left this review.

We wanted a patio in our backyard for a new gazebo, it was done within our budget and in a timely manner. There professionalism, communication and quality of work exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier.

German did great work. Created a good solid base for the concrete (plate compacted and gravel base). Quality finish work as well. All for a great value. Couldnâ t be happier!

It was a great experience having them replace our patio with a larger decorative one done with sandstone colored and textured concrete. They also replaced two damaged sections of sidewalk. We dealt with the owner who was very responsive to the occasional e-mail and text. We had two short delays due to weather and Herman (the owner) let us know of the delay and when to expect them to arrive later. We could not be happier with our new patio and sidewalk.
