Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating

I cannot recommend Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating enough! Murphy's law would have it that on one of the hottest days of summer, my AC tripped off. I am pregnant AND my spouse is deployed, so naturally, all the things go wrong. The gal I initially spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. Mike was able to actually come out same day, and thankfully it was a super easy fix. We had our AC up and running again immediately. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable in all things heating and air, and gave me some quick tips to add to my honey-do list for when the Mr. comes home, to help lengthen the life of our unit and maximize efficiency. We will absolutely be using Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating for any future heating and air needs! Thanks again!

The owner responded quickly. Price was reasonable, better, lower than other estimates. Owners are the ones doing the work so not just a salesperson to make the sale. Licensure verified. They did what they said they would do so are good on their word. No payment or even deposit was required for this very expensive job to replace our air conditioner. The price did not change. They charged $7500 to install new air conditioner and a new furnace. They did not try to pressure us into buying anything. In fact we were not going to replace our old furnace at all in order to save more money and the furnace was working fine. However due to other contractors opinions that the old furnace should be replaced, that it would save money the a/c would work better as the systems would match, they did agree to recommend replacing both but it was our choice. They even worked to allow us a time to paint under where the new compressor would be placed. Plus, they saved us a few hundred by allowing us to pay by check, not credit card. Very professional, timely, respectful, patient, answered many questions. We had around 7 estimates and although not the cheapest, the best deal considering all factors, especially trust.
