Bonnie was wonderful she cleaned my oven as if were brand new. I still can't light my back pilot but I'm ok with that because my oven and stove is so clean I'll figure out a way to get it to light again. Thank you for the recommendation and I would certainly use her again.

While I have given them a low rating based upon the one cleaning by one particular woman. Although she claims she ran out of time, I think she was eager to get in another appointment. I have spoken with the owner and am willing to give them another chance with a different woman. However, if the reason she did such a poor job is the price they charged, it may be the last time I use them.

I had Complete Touch Cleaning Service, Inc. clean the house I was vacating after living there for 2 years with two dogs. They did such a good job at cleaning the house that the property managers called me to tell me how impressed they were with the condition the house. There was not a trace of the dogs in the house at all. Needless to say, I am getting my entire deposit back. Thanks!

We had, unfortunately, had the Cleaning Authority for 2+ years with a total of 83 different people coming into our home during that time. With Complete Touch, we have the same lady each time who knows our house and does a phenomenal job. There is nothing left undone when she leaves! She is extremely thorough and pleasant to have in our home. This company is 1000% better than the Cleaning Authority and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.
