I could not continue with the project anymore due to serious concerns so I requested my money back. He only cashed the check I gave him and now has become unresponsive to all my messages and calls related to refunding the down payment and he has not started the job at all.

Response from Company:

I tried to work with Karen as much as possible upon her request to accomplish the project quickly. I never got the chance to perform the project in the timely manner as promised. Due to the customer request. Subsequently, a refund was given within 48hrs.

What a great experience with this company. I made the call and I got a reply within an hour. They offered a great price and came out as promised on a weekend to get the job done. He was very professional and friendly. He also gave great advise on maintenance going forward. I would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. He is very honest and can be trusted to do the right thing . I will definitely use him again for any future roofing needs. Thank you for the great job.

Also excellent handyman,, did a fantastic job in a carpenter work project repairing structural work and installing new siding. Excellent with pricing and very nice person. Take pride in doing a great job. I plan on having him do every future job Iâ d have.

Chris was professional and very timely. He was able to complete the project within 4 days of his estimate. He worked hard to find roofing shingles that perfectly matched our current roofing! He cleaned up the area and left our yard like he found it. I recommend Chris for your roofing and gutter needs. Excellent service and work!
