Improper installation, faulty workmanship. Failure to honor warranty. If I could rate Joram/Bedrock with ZERO stars, I would. I have broken roof tiles that were listed on my punch list that Joram refuses to repair along with improperly installed skylights, poorly installed floor tiles, along with other things and Joram refuses to repair/replace. He thinks nothing of shafting his military customers, just completely ignores calls, texts, emails. This guy is known in Alamogordo for his horrible reputation, do not be another one of his victims.

Joram Melendez and his co-worker (his brother) repaired my driveway which was a challenge to negotiate, especially on my Harley-Davidson. There was a precipitous drop at the end of my driveway which my bike--and even my car--would bottom out on. Bedrock Construction did the job on time, on budget, and finished it beautifully. I am more than pleased with the result. I would recommend them to anyone.
