I bought my new dream home, and it came with this automation system that seemed to be built for an IT guy. It was confusing and rarely worked correctly. I called CONNEQT, and from the very start they were amazing to work with. From our very first the conversation they sat down with my husband and I, and got to know us as people. They figured out how we actually wanted our home to work, then went over our options. They even made a few targeted recommendations, like smart blinds on our two story windows so we could actually close them for movie night. We did not feel pressured at all, but listened to and cared for. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I had a great experience working with the team at Conneqt. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure (in fact they talked me out of doing an expensive upgrade!). The work was done cleanly and correctly, and everything works exactly the way it should. It's clear everyone there actually cares about doing things the right way. Smart Home System Install or Service
We woke up on Christmas morning to a freezing house when our smart thermostat completely stopped working, and with kids in the house it was incredibly stressful. I called several companies and either no one was answering, they wanted to schedule days out, or they quoted outrageous "emergency" holiday fees. Then I called Conneqt, and it was completely different experience. I first spoke with Alex, who immediately understood the urgency and walked me through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone. When it was clear it couldn't be fixed remotely, he got us scheduled right away. To my surprise, within an hour the owner (Shane) was at our home in Glenview. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in plain English, and had the heat restored fast. He was professional, calm, and extremely fair on pricing, especially given the holiday. Knowing our kids were warm again so quickly was a huge relief. I can't recommend Conneqt highly enough. This is the kind of service you hope for
