Mike was on time and only charged what he quoted. There were no extra charges. Had heater replaced and Mike was done in less than 60 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Mike at Cool Haven Pool was very responsive and understanding to my time sensitive need given the freezing temps to inspect and service my pool/spa heater and timer/freeze protector. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, worked quickly, and made sure everything was in good working order. Would recommend CHP and Mike very highly.

Michael has been phenomenal since my first call about my rat damaged heater. He explained all my options and didnâ t pressure me at all. When I was finally ready to purchase a replacement he found me a great price on the unit I needed and was at my house within a few days doing the install and sending me pictures and video of the completed job, as well as a few other items he noticed needed to be addressed. I was SO comfortable with his recommendations and found his charges VERY reasonable, especially compared to what Iâ ve paid before on service calls from other companies that didnâ t even fix my problems! If you need a pool service person you can trust, look no further!
