extremely poor follow-up throughout the project with the city; does not explain anything; Cristian presents himself very well when you first meet him he does not give any details he want to be paid an additional 350.00 per visit at the job site to give you disclosure concerning unknown factors. Cristian in my opinion is unethical both in words and action; I would not work with this designer.

Rapid response--came on strong--made lots of promises. Lots of problems with the drawings; paid in full after second meeting. Never delivered drawings, estimates or anything else. Stay AWAY!

Hired to draft site plan and draw up bathroom remodel design. Started off well, but Christian lacked attention to detail. I was required to catch major issues with the design. One design flaw snuck by me and ended up costing me additional money to have my contractor fix the issue when the contractor followed the plans. Plans required multiple rounds of revisions because my changes were not incorporated. He forgot to pull my plumbing permit and had to go back to do so.

My experience was great! Cristian was very professional, well organized, timely, and genuinely had my best interest at heart. His designs were well thought out and beautiful. He was very easy to work with,patient,and his pricing was very fair. Overall he was very efficient and i would recommend him to anyone.

Response was very quick and responsive to our needs. Very professional, completed all work in a timely manner and product quality was excellent. Price was extremely fair and competitive. Highly recommended.

Follow through is very good. Timely and very pleasant to deal with. Best at drafting plans. Follow though with City Permits and Inspectors was good.
