The front man took payment for cutting down some trees, which they did, then took another payment to cut down another tree which they did not, and now I can't get in touch with them . So essentially they took the money and ran.

Did not do a good clean up job. The tree that cam down they left about 8 feet sticking up.

They quoted removal and clean up of 4 trees in December 2017. After the 1st day of work they had to ask for more money to get a chipper. The chipper was used in my driveway and debris was left all over the yard and drive. I went out of town for the holidays, and asked my neighbor to hold payment so they could be paid if they finished while I was out of town. They called saying they were finished, and subsequently paid. After going back to the house all trees had not been removed, the one that had left a significant piece of the trunk in the ground more than just a stump, debris was piled along one fence line which is still there as of 3/5/2108, a section of my fence is broken and pushed over still not repaired, and slats on my neighbors have been damaged still not repaired. Limbs from a large oak to be removed have been cut, and dropped onto city property, and left. When he was responding he made commitments, and did not follow through, as recently as committing to finishing the job 2/23/2018. He was once again a no-show. And after countless call, texts, and attempts to contact them I do not believe they have any intent to make this right. I strongly advise not using them. A 3 day job has turned into a 3 month INCOMPLETE project.

Broken sprinkler head they didn't tell me about that I had to fix.

Performed several tasks one after another. Performed the first task as outlined but did not complete the final task. We had agreed on how each task was to be done, including the amount due for each. The final task was completed after dark. When the guy came to the house to get paid, he stated that that the work was complete and so I paid him. The next morning I went to review his work and found the debris not removed as we had agreed and the yard was a mess. I contacted the company to ask when they were returning and he said he would not return without more money. He sent a new estimate with charges that we had not agreed upon. My yard is in a mess and he has not attempted to contact me to complete the work. The first service was completed in October, 2017. The last service was in December, 2017. Our last communication was online on January 14, 2018. No communication since then.

C&P Tree service was done very professionally, I would recommend them for future jobs.

Team was extremely professional in their work. They were careful to not damage existing shrubs and trees. I have recommended them to several of my friends and would certainly use them again in the future as needed.

I was asked by the contractor you fill out the review prior to work being completed... I have to admit that this was odd. In my disappointment, the job is still unfinished. I was told that there was trouble with the machinery and that that the job would be completed by 9/28/17. I called and no response... I find this unprofessional.. I had referred two people out of confidence; only to be proved wrong... Very disappointed customer...
