I didn't want to tear out my driveway and replace it, so this company heard my request and did an excellent repair job

The entire experience was great. Jamie did a great job communicating the estimate, schedule, and work needed to be done. We have not ever sealed our driveway in 8 years we have been living at our house. Our driveway looks 100 times better and we will continue to use CPR in the future.

I received a proposal quote from them and scheduled the work to be done on Thursday 7/12/18 and was told they would be there between 10 and 11. On 7/12/18 I got a call saying they were confirming my 7/13/18 appointment. There was a miscommunication on the date they said. So on Friday I was home from 10 to 11 and no one came. I made a couple of calls and left a message. No one called back. I finally reached a young lady who said the would be there in about an hour. Still at 2:30 that afternoon no one was there. I did not get a call back, but I did receive a text stating there was an emergency situation going on and they were not going to make it. But they did intend on doing the job and I would be 100 percent satisfied. I called back and got no answer. I left a message that before they did any work, I wanted someone to call me. No one did. The next morning at 8:15 am they knocked on my door. I told them I was not happy about the way things were going, but I needed my driveway done so I let them go ahead and do the job. About 30 mins into the job they said they had to leave and go get propane. When they came back, Mark called someone and said the cracks were bigger than indicated and that he wanted to know what I had been quoted. I told him the amount and he said he would honor the quote, however, it was low for the amount of crack repair they were going to have to do. It was just him and his wife I guess her name was Amanda. I had to leave, because I had Saturday appointments, since I thought they were coming on Friday. So I told them I would be gone a couple of hours so if they liked I could write them a check before I left. They said that would be fine, but to make the check out to him, not the company, which I did. When I got home the driveway did look much better, however, they only fixed some of the cracks not all of them. The proposal said 583 square feet of seal coating and 153 linear feet of crack repair. Which they definitely did not do. And while they were there my neighbor said that he would like to get his seal coated, but no crack repair, so while they were there, Mark told me they were going to do my neighbors driveway as well so it was going to take awhile longer. Since I also had a painter there, I said no problem. But when I got home, it was not the job I expected it to be. Again it looks okay, but all of the cracks were not repaired just some of them but definitely not 153 linear feet. So, no, I am not sure I would recommend them to someone else.

Company trying to get established and become more prominent. Although we encountered a couple of issues, especially weather conditions, we were able to make it work out. The owner and his crew got the job done using top quality products to seal our driveway. They did a nice job overall. We always like supporting small, family-owned businesses.

Showed up late, didn't have the materials needed to do the job, and couldn't get tar to melt. After a few hours (no work had been done), they tried to get me to pay more money than the quote and when I said no and asked them to honor the quote, they started the job; but abruptly left without telling me. They had filled a small crack and cutting a huge chunk out of my driveway. This is after being canceled and rescheduled about 8 times (most were weather, but others weren't). I would not recommend them.
