Steve dose not know1/2 in seawater pipe from gas line nor dose he bring the right supply yellow water line forme house wire and the list goes on Lee Lowe and his wife are rude would not call then if they were the last plumber on earth!

Plumber very slow, very small job. Ended up being more expensive than quoted! Charged a trip fee that I was told would come off bill in the end! It never did! Ended up paying more than other plumbers quoted me! Lesson learned! I will have to find a plumber through a friend not a web site! Ripped off big time!

"We are very sorry the customer feels this way. We always strive for satisfied customers. We were called by the customer to install lavatory faucets and hook up new bowls in 3 bathrooms. We arrived at the house at the specified appointment day and time only to find another plumbing company there at the same time. The customer said he had not called them and still wanted us to do the work. However the counter tops were not there. Customer paid for our trip to their house. Second trip to complete work painting was taking place at cabinets and we were unable to complete. Third trip we completed. Original estimate was based on 1 trip to complete work. Again we are sorry customer was dissatisfied."

I used homeadvisor to locate a plumber after having work done by 2 other plumbers due to busted pipes. During the process we decided to update faucets in the upstairs bathroom which required the air handler to be moved. When we used the shower water poured out of the ceiling in my dining room. After being frustrated with previous work I called CPS. They came right away, came when they said, told me it should be guaranteed by the others work. I asked them to go ahead and fix it and Steve made it happen. He was able to fix it without moving the air handler like the previous plumbers which saved me a lot of $$. Everyone was very friendly in the office as well. Thanks CPS for ending the frustration of poor/incomplete work from other people. You will be my new plumbing company in my phone book!
